Synrad RF laser, new flat table laser model.

Post by Ruud Hogenberg »

Hello all,

We have started to build a flat table lasermachine, and therefore we are using the AWC608 controller

Our rf lasertube is a Synrad J48-2S-SGC and this one will be dismantled from a laserpro machine togehter with the powersupply and aircoolers.

See picture of how our model will look like.

The controller will be a separate box.

When you are interested i will post picture of the model during the build.

I have some question, does anyone has experience and a diagram how to connect the RF laser to the controller?
I understood that by choosing the RF Laser parameter (with pre-ignition) you dont need a tickle, does the card controls it?

Can somebody help me out on this matter ?

Thank you.

Per engineer Li, the frequency must be set to "5000Hz" if using RF tube. Of course, you have to select "RF" tube as well
