I've got some trouble with my laser power supply.
is a 40 watt pwm from lightobject and it doesnt work.
I've got it hooked up like this:
DSP laser1 pin 3 to power supply IN
DSP laser1 pin 4 to TL
DSP laser1 pin 5 to WP and ground.
Just like in the manual on this forum
When I first started the machine I thought I heard a cracle (like exploding transistors etc.) but that could be my mind playing tricks.
the fan does not start turning but the fuse is fine. How do I test my supply? when I press the laserbutton on the DSP nothing happens

Is there some setting in the dsp that I have to change or what can i check on the power supply with my multimeter?
Edit:
When i got it, it was damaged, the TH-TL-WG-G-IN-5V connector was broken during transport the connector got pushed on and I had to solder the connector to the circuit board. The board itself looked fine and undamaged by eye. The DSP, motordrivers and powersupply in the same package are fine and functional so far.
