Where did you find the setting of "lead ins and outs"?

If I enabled "Line_Cut_mode", mine won't do the over-cut as I test so many times.

I retested. Cut a simple circle with 3mm overlap set.

Tried with "Line_Cut_mode" set and not set.

Overlap definitely happened in both instances.
