Analog Voltage Output - URGENT HELP NEEDED PLEASE

I talked to them and they admitted that your're right. The D/A chipsets was removed as they thought that most PS nowaday is dual modes: PWM and Analog. I'm wondering if you can buy chipsets and put it on yourself, provide that I send you the chipset models. They said that it's very easy to do it, just soldering those chips on and it will support Analog PS. In that case, I can credit back your account the cost of the chips and some extra cost. OK with you?

I'm experienced in soldering both through hole and surface mount components so it should be ok

I'm waiting for their part list and will let you know once I have it. They already setup a meeting to discuss this incident after my complain. That person who made that call was being criticize and I have a word from the manager that it won't happen again. I guess that we should all prepare for this kind of 'suprise' when dealing folks there, or shouldn't be suprised as it's quite 'normal', either Live with it or Quit

Please download the attached pdf document or zip (with item specification) which show you how to make the card to be able to output Analog signal to drive a Non-PWM power supply. It's pretty simple, just need 3 little IC and two VR. Simply snap it into the main board. After than, just do minor tune up and it will be ready to go.
