I need help verifying jump when setting change on LCD panel

Post by waltfl »

Hi all,
I need help from some people to verify if it is just my LCD panel from the 2012 DSP what create A JUMP when I change the setting speed and / or power.
the situation is the following :
I download a job from lasercut 5.83 to the machine and start then I realize that the settings does not bring what I expected .
then I hit the pause start botton on the display and change the setting to what I think is right and hit the start botton again and there the laser starts further right then where it stop
I could not attached the file " LCD test1" as a sample for someone to try because the extension PWJ5 is not allowed why is this not allowed it is the the extension for the lasercut 5.83 it would make it much easier for tresting and comparison.
so I have attached a picture how the picture looks at the lasercut what is used it is a normal 8bit greyscale picture and dithered in lasercut . I also attached the picture how the result looks.
I would apriciate all comments
thanks
walt

Extension ".pwj5" just added. So you can add LaserCad work file as an attachment

Hi
here is the lasered picture done without changing the settings on the LCD panel.
speed = 300
power = 8% ( 3mA)
scan gap = 0.06
dithering in LC 5.83 = 0.2

Hi marco
I just used the bing translater and it comes out that the programmer said this is a probleme with boards prior to 6.11.11.9 and a upgrade of the board would solve the probleme.
thats good and fine but how do I upgrade what programm or patch?
the two last ones did not work it only brought the message "upgrade error".
what now? is there another upgrade what you can send me maybe one what also let me download workfiles from the USB stick? because the DSP recognize the usb stick with the upgrade files on it I even used it put a work file on it what the LCD shows but I can not open or work with it
thanks for your help my friend

进入Menu->Memory manage->check memory,然后按Lcd面板的"enter"键。耐心等待主板check memory后,再试用U盘升级.

I formated the USB stick with FAT32 too no change.
the probleme is that I can see from the USB stick with the last patches the menue it shows
the workfile but brings error after selction
but if I take a new USB stick format with FAT32 and put a work file on it and download them the message no U disk comes up,
but if I put the patch file on it the same stick will recognize the USB stick show all the files from patch and the work file too but after selecting the workfile the error message comes up here too.
greetings
walt
