hi all and marco
did anybody ever try to safe a file from the DSP to a USB stick over the U file USB connector on the new DSP controller?
I try this many times but it allways ends up with the message "coppy error"
a similar probleme exist sometimes after saving a work file on my HD out of laser cut 5.5 and try to reload it to laser cut there comes the message " a unknown erroro occured the program shuts down" its not allways but also with different files.
what is this " U file" system good for and the U file connector if it does not work??
especially if you have a file with the right settings in the working and you can not save it from the DSP.
maybe this is another probleme with the software I dont know, maybe somebody else has figured it out
please let me know

greetings

Hello:

I have chat with the programmer and showed him the problem. He said that he would work out an upgrade patch to solve that issue.

Problem: Can't save file from the main board (through LCD panel) to a memory stick (dump drive)

Solution: Working on a patch to solve this issue.

Alternative: Save the job file to PC and then copy the file from PC to the dump drive will work

Try to format the memory stick wiht FAT32 and try again
Also, do clean up on the main unit then cycle off the power and try again
