Re: Pro Mirror Mount and laser head lens mount
They are good quality mounts and laser lens head assembly. They are what I am using.
The 100 Tpi of the adjustment screws is good and makes setting a bit easier.
The only thing I don't like about them is the weight. The lens assemble is really made for a gantry style table and you need some pretty good strength in the table to reduce the vibration from engraving speeds. (not that my table is doing these sort of speeds anyway)
Do you know if they make a lighter version for smaller machines?
The laser tube on the lens tube assembly is able to slide down about 45-50mm which gives you a lot more leeway when building or adjusting the lens if you haven't got a height adjustable table. It's held in place with a spring loaded ball so the tube doesn't drop out when you undo the tightening screw. They are very well designed and also very well made.
I will be building another one for the 30 watt RF laser in a few months time and I might even make my own again.
I am yet to try the first surface mirrors from a photocopier with the 100 watt laser to see if they heat up or discolor from the extra power. the mirror surface is a lot more resistant to scratching compared to the gold coated mirrors. I can rub the aluminum mirror with cotton wool swabs and there seems to be no scratches left behind but if I do this with the gold mirrors then I get a lot of scratches. The photocopier mirrors are a lot more forgiving.

on the red arrow it mounts mirror 20 or 25mm?
for laser 100/150 watt they are little mirror 20mm to heat too much

Re: Pro Mirror Mount and laser head lens mount
For the laser head mount fixture, it fit a 25mm mirror and 20mm focus lens.
For the mirror mount fixture, it can be used either a 20mm or 25mm per request as I ordered an adapter ring.
I will post another mirror mount soon. It's different type (3 adjustment)

I to have an equal one with mirror from 20mm and 20mm focus lens, the problem that with 60watt heats too much the mirror.
to have need to mount mirror 25mm

Add a heatsink to the back of the mirror!
