Hello,
i own a lo-x7 (from lo) together with a 40W~60W PWM CO2 Laser Power Supply (AC 220V) (from Lo) and a 40 W tube. I am going to test fire the laser very soon and i wanted to ask where i can adjust the power which is applied when the laser button on the dsp is pressed? Or do i need another knob for manual adjustment?
thank you!

Press the enter key on the X7 control panel and then use the up down arrows to select the laser power max setting. Press the enter key again adn it will take you to the power settings menu level , then you can use the arrow keys to set the max power level. Set the max power to say 15% press enter to save the new max power level, Then use the esc key to back out to the main menu.
When you trigger the laser with the fire button that will be the power level you have set as max.
Hope that answers you question.

Re: Lo X7 - How much power when laser button is pressed?
Hey!
once again i have to ask. I saw that there are two settings for max power. Which one is needed for the laser test and what is the other one used for?
I have a 40 watt tube and i am not sure which values i should use for later operation. Do these values affect e.g. the demo engraving (donald duck)
or does this have its own settings? i did not see any difference between lets say 20 or 40 % power ...
thanks!
