AWC controller start not loading over USB

Hi there
up and till a few weeks ago I did not have much trouble in the 3 years where I have the controller it was just ones in a while if I download a file from lasercad to the machine it would not load only after disconnect the USB plug and reconnect it would load it.
but since a few weeks no its getting worth by the day that it will not load after first attempt I need to un plug and plug the USB connector
marco is there a solution for this problem??

Sorry there is no solution. You may want to use an ethernet connection instead. It is much faster and no more USB detection issue
You don't need a hub but a cross-over network cable "1236 to 3612"
