Re: DSP Control Box
What did you do on the DSP card?
Were you upgrading the card or ?
In normai operation, you shouldn't get this message

Re: DSP Control Box
Changed maximum power from 50 to 85 in Manufactures parameters, saved it, hit Reset on control panel, which then went "program Resetting", but has stayed there ever since, apart from switching the whole thing off, disconnecting from mains for15 mins, then reconnecting, but still shows the same. Switch off over night, tried again tonight , but still showing the same !

Re: DSP Control Box
Hi Marco,
Unplugged all three axis, switched on, left for about15 minutes, and it had reset its self, plugged in X and Y axis, still OK! Plugged Z axis and display showed Z axis resetting, checked Z axis and it had jammed, therefore could not reset. Switched off, un jammed manually, then switched back on,it then reset Z axis, I adjusted travel on Z axis, and now working OK
PS does PPI box need checked in parameters ? or leave unchecked ?
Many Thanks again for all your help
Received replacement PSU"s today,from China office,but slight problems,have e-mail via contactus@ LightObect.

Re: DSP Control Box
I see. So you have 'Z' table attached. Make sure you have Z limit switch install if you set it to "HOME"
PPI is designed to reduce charring when doing wood cutting. It send pulse instead of constant power. When enabled, output power would be reduced by 30~50%. Just let you know that it is normal
