Cannot upgrade to OS version 131210 V6, V7 or V8

I am trying to upgrade the OS to the above version from the Main board version that is currently 7. 13. 04. 28.

It won't upgrade!

What kind of error did you get?
Make sure you format you USB memory with FAT32, but not FAT
Try use 2GB or 4GB memory stick. Try avoid using anything over 8Gb

Oddly, although I have used this pen drive to upgrade before, its Fat 16. The device can list the files on it, but when it tries to load the file selected it fails. I was given he pen drive by the original owner of the laser cutter, so assumed it was Fat 32. I will retry tomorrow

Yep that worked. I assume that earlier versions of the firmware could read from Fat 16 and once you cross the line its Fat 32 all the way.
