Occasional bad vector

Any of you guys deal with this? I'm on V7 firmware and once in a while when I'm cutting a bunch of the same item (like I've been cutting complex looking snowflakes lately). I'll cut 20 or 30 at a time on a sheet and usually once a sheet there will be 1 or 2 that will be cut totally wrong. Like, it decides to start the cut or drag the cut out 10mm one direction then carry on with it's original design making very weird errors.

We've ruled out user error since these are copied via the Array option and 90% of the other flakes cut properly. Is it a firmware thing? Something I can fix?
