solution for changing speed or power during run

Hi all
I always was mad if I start a job and something the speed or power setting was not right, I guess everybody knows this.
here the solution:
during run select on the display with the arrows what you wana change ( ether speed or power) then press enter on the submenu change with the arrows to the new setting and press enter again and... the new setting is in effect.
