Zero power during cut. PLEASE HELP!

Zero power during cut.
Cutting was working OK. switched to ethernet comms.
Now during a cut no laser power. LCD reads 0% during cutting.
clip box works fine and pulsing laser with [Laser] button works fine.
Also engrave mode works fine. just cut mode no power value.
running laser cad 6.18.
Any ideas??

did you set both power settings ( min and max)?
mostly people forgett to set the min power and then the laser would not work.

I can't thank you enough. I would have never have guessed
that you would have to put some value in the min. power.
