help for machine with PHCad 4.47

Hi all
I got a machine K40 from a buddy of mine to fix it, who has the thunderlaser PHcad 4.47 on it and there is a setting in conrol setting where I am a bit buffeld ( see scree shot) I try to find out what this setting is for and how it should be set.
I try the thunderlaser direct but got no answer. maybe someone here knows it or marco can ask Li.
