who can explain what I am doing wrong using a USB stick

maybe it was a bit harsh sorry but try to understand I am trying to do real work and have quite a few orders laying around some are repeeting orders wher I need the original job files where something needs to bechanged in settings and it does not work to re-safe them to the computer as example.and this is going on for weeks now
can you imagine how frustrating this is, you have seen on the card as you did read the files what kind of this is , not just a bit testing.
the major probleme how I see it is the language barrier that you can read and talk to the chinese and read the chinese instruction and manuals what i can not and ther you got some more info on fixing stuff then I have.
just a quick example the part where you told me that if the stick can not be read I should presse the reset botton it worked perfeckt but I could never have imaging this because after the part of the manual what is readable this botton is just to reset the machine and the system.

If I were not intterested, I won't spend days & days by testing at least 5 different cards! If I were not interested to solve the problem, I wouldn't do test before shipping the cart to you. If I were not interested, I won't checked the box your return. No body said that you're stupid. I tested two boards for you an found nothing wrong with the SAVE function. You have tried 3 boards and you still have the issue regardless. What did it tell you then? That mean something wrong with your OS, PC, or cable that I can't touch on my side. Dont' you get it??

I couldn't test everything right aways you made the claimed. You have complain so many things and so far I seem none. But I admitted that I haven't tested the currrent issue because I DON"T HAVE TIME FOR IT. Becuase I have to keep testing your issue, the memory stick! Did you think that it took me just a minute to test the memory card and make a claim on here: the card testing is OK. NO! I spend hours and hours to test. I saved files back and fro, re-draw images, recycle the LC times and times, switching LCD module, change Home postition, look at ground issue, format card again again., format memory stick again and again.... it all take times to do it! You though that I just snap the momory card and do one time Read/Write and then tell you that it's OK. Give me a break!

First of all, I did tell you the issue by hit "Reset" from this post on yesterday

"The first time you write a file to a blank USB memory, it won't let you see the file. But once you hit "Reset" button, it will read the 1st one and any files afterward.

Second, the upgrade on the 2nd went smoothly but you said it didn't work either. You couldn't Save file nor could you perform Upgrade.


Third, whatever I was told by the tech in China, I made a post here. I "Reset" was what I found, not them telling me. I don't mind to do support but if something didn't go right, you got to spend some time to do troubleshooting rather calling "foul" loud. Remmber, I don't have your or anyone system for testing. Everything Idont for testing is based on my skill of troublehooting. When I tested things times and times with different card and still not able to duplicate the problem, then I can say that either it 's a false call or the card was incompatable or different than mine. In that case, I always asked my customer return for diagnostic. But your case is different as you have three cards, yes three! AndI tested the 3rd one I sent. Also, I tested the 2nd card you returned. Anyway, I don't want to say too much as I said enough.

If I post something here the first intend is that maybe somebody else would reply and tell me and maybe others what is his experience that we can maybe find a solution and not to blame you, but it seems to be not the case on board here.
it is totally different at bards forum where everybody goes on and tell everybody problems or solution.
you see it because you are there too. its a shame that its not here so.
what I meant with testing was not for you it was for many of the other guys who dont do realy work insteAD JUST TESTING.
I did not say or mean that you receive info and not giving up.
I just know how it is sometimes you hear something but it is not importND IN THE MOMENT AND LATER YOU REMEBER THIS dont see it as a complain against you. you are to sensitiv my friend.

now tell me how you do it ?
you take a stick and then you write a file on it from the computer or from the card???
next is it possible to download files from the card memory to the computer??? if yes how?
please aske the engineer why I can not re-open the safed files in LC 5.85 which was safed in the same LC 5.85 ( see the screeshot)
this is happen in both version windows windows 7 and windows XP.

Hi marco
OK finally one good news !!!
I am now aible to copy the files from and to the stick.
I have completly un-installed LC 5.85 and reloaded LC 5.83 run the machine after safing the settings from the computer to the machine, then I disconnected the computer just in case and try to download a workfile from memory card it worked perectly then I reload the same file to the machine and start the work it works perfect now.
then I try the stick original new and it works there too .
then I reconnect the computer and start from there and it works now everythings perfect.
I got no idea if this has to do with the LC 5.85 or not at least I can realy work in LC 5.83 but still can not open the files I safed in LC5.85 but its not a probleme for now
