Config File Won't Load from USB

We're having a weird problem trying to load a config file over USB. We got it to work once (the full story is below), but now the DSP will not take subsequent config updates via USB.

I'm working with my husband to remotely diagnose an engraving issue and sent him a new config file with a change to the rising/falling parameters. The problem is that I forgot to read in my old config file first (I do have a copy of it) before making the changes. He figured out quickly that the new config file was incorrect, and I updated my old config file to change rising/falling and sent him a new one with the correct setting. He is unable to get the new config file to load into the DSP now, though, and he is making sure to hit the reset button.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is it going to require actually hooking the DSP back up to a computer to fix it?

You use LaserCad to Export the Configure file and same thing that you use LaserCad to Import the file. Remember that you do NOT use DSP card to read the file but need to use a computer to read the file.
