When I use 6.88 and 130922 engraving looses position. It will shift a few steps to the right over the length of the engrave. This is not a mechanical problem as switching back to 6.71 and 120622 firmware fixes the problem with out changing any settings.
You can see in the image below an engrave with each firmware using the exact same rising/leading edge setting as well as the same acceleration and axis configuration.
If I decrease my micro stepping from 16 to 8 the slant and after engrave offset gets worse using 130922 but doesn't affect 130622.

You may want to change the pulse edge from "falling edge" to "rising edge" on both X and/or Y. Do each separated before doing both. And for each change, make sure you Save it and hit "Reset" button on the LCD control panel to take effect

I tried with both settings using 130922, but both resulted in the same issue. I did hit reset after saving and even tried powering off an on after saving as well. Revert back to 130622 and it works first try.
