urgent help lasercad V. 6.81 just installs chinese language

I try to install the latest version of lasercad and select English but it comes up with Chinese
what is wrong???
rem. I just found out it is just the single version the version with CorelDraw installs perfect

What happen if you remove the folder and reinstall the LaserCad? I couldn't duplicate the problem, it is so strange that it happened once a while for someone but not in a whole. There was a post from a folk he mentioned about holding Shift key or Alt key may correct the problem. I got to find it out for you

yes it is strange, even more that I have installed it on my desktop and its fine there but on my laptop there is this strange things happen.
I first uninstalled the old version 6.77 , then manually removed all parts of it, then installed the new version with CorelDraw it works but it shows a version 6.71 not 6.81.
now if I install the version without coreldraw to get the program icon on the desc to go in the program directly to just send a folder to the machine this is where just Chinese comes up.
this all works on my desktop perfectly.
I try the same procedure on another laptop and have the same problem but the second laptop has windows XP the other two have windows 7.

first thanks for your help.
first I wana tell you that with the old V. 6.77 was not problem at all .
I tried all versions , uninstall then remove manually the folder , then remove what was left somewhere on the machine strangly there is a version 6.71 I got no idea where this came from, but this seems to stuck somewhere and is maybe the reason what interferes, because even the version for CorelDraw says on top lasercad v. 6.71. but from CorelDraw it works except that it says v.6.71 and not v.6.81.
but if I install additional, like with all versions before, just the program with English selected in order to get it on the desc it opens in Chinese.

Did you get a copy of LaserCad from other supplier before? If so, that's the problem. All my copy is in English with ini file changed. For other copy in the market, they're not edited to the way for pure English but with Chinese control characters.

You need to uninstall it, then remove the folder, and turn OFF anti-virus program and the Window auto Backup feature. Then, install it again in English. Enable the WIndow auto backup and the anti-virus program

thanks again . no I only got it from you since I changed to your AW DSP from the thunderlaser DSP, but this was never installed on the laptop. the crazy part is that the previous versions all worked perfect.
I also had removed all previous version even deleted the manually all parts.
I did not turn off the antivirus and windows backup I will try it and report back.
