You may not believe that this week two customers returned two DSP one said that it was not engraving well and another one said that the card made the machine running abnormal and not responding to home switches. A replacement card sent to the customer for testing and ended up the same and the customer confirmed that it was not the card issue. The second case was not even a case as it ran good on my testing (just tested it 20min ago). I couldn't duplicate any issue the customer had reported. Just let you know that in most case it won't be the DSP card but it is always the 1st place to be blamed. The defective rate of the DSP is lower than 1%. From my experience, most issue were caused by other components on the machine. Pulley, drivers, motor, wires, USB cable, DC power supply, grounding, shielding,...
As I mentioned, you can return the card for testing. The card can't be 100% defective free. If it is defective, I'll replace it with a new card. If not, you just pay for the return shipping cost. What you need to do is to send me a job file and I'll do some test on my machine. Then, I shoot you either a video or picture to verify.
