Fitting Red dot pionter to D40/K40 laser

Await delivery of DSP kit for the above laser,as I will be tearing the thing apart,it will be easy to get into it.I wondered if anybody had fit said pointer ? And if so,could they enlighten me on whats required,and what goes where??
