new peogramm v. 6.71 does not open all files from v. 6.41

hi all
does anybody experience the same problem? here it comes
I had to move in a new house and setup my converted K40 station again and now I thought I install the latest program version with the OS upgrade.
after this was finished I try to start some work with files what I did before with the older version and some of the files I can not even open or nothing shows up on the screen. another scenario is that if I select a whole work and try to move it a bit the program comes not responding and I have to close the program.
the next thing is on some older files who did work perfectly before the engraving part makes double image just slightly offset, it does not happen with a new file created with the new version .
now the question is what is the problem?
maybe marco can look in to it.

Walt, mind send me a work file for V6.41 and let me try it. What happen if you install V6.41 would the problem exist as well?

thanks it was my mistake I did have the V. 6.46 not 6.41.

That sounds like the problem I am having with at least ai and plt files, it gives the parsing file message, then you are still looking at a blank work window in lasercad. I have another thread going with Walt responding to it describing in more detail. I have been unsuccessful after many, many attempts in getting a corel file to be imported or loaded into lasercad.

So, I guess I have the problem as well.

It appears I am running Lasercad ver 6.46.
