Laser PSU Question

I got my new PSU in. Looks fantastic and runs good when I hit the test button.

But I can't get it to respond to my TTL logic. It has the TTL light on...it doesn't want to turn off, even if I disconnect the whole wire harness. It won't respond to High or Low fire signals. It's driving me crazy.

Any tips? I can't find any PDF's relating to it and I'd really like to get my cutter running again...

Look like you haven't enabled the PS with "WP" connect to the ground. It is a water flow protection. It usually connect to a water flow sensor with normally opened contact. If you don't use water flow sensor, just connected it to the Gnd and it will enable the PS.
