Sent you two OS update; standard and the new Auto focus.
Give it a try. Note: you may need to try a couple times as the DSP may show error due to the picky USB desgin
A 2.0Gb or 4.0GB USB memory stick is recommended

Sorry about the delay in response. I've been very busy as of late and the problem still rears its head from time to time. Sometimes it is triggered by pushing the start/pause button to pause a job and sometimes it is just happens at random. My machine is now pretty much running 6 hours per day run time and the frequency is about 2-3 times per week with a 5.5 day week.
My controller info.
Main Board: 7.12.09.21
LCD Board: 5.12.02.29
