K40 Spare parts, where to get them
I want to get my hands on some spare parts for my machine just to have them in case of an emergency. I know Lightobject has the belts but is there any source in the USA that has the roller wheels and any other consumable parts for these?

Hi toasty
thats a bit tricky you can get the 18 teeth motor weels from some belt supplier, but the head rollers is a different story I never got them so I made them myself, the same thing with the pully. right now i am moving but if it has time maybe 3 weeks I could make some for you just send me a PM
greetings
walt

Re: K40 Spare parts, where to get them
Marco,
I'm very aware about the parts that you sell, in fact, I'm planning on placing another order soon for a couple of spare belts and some other odds and ends I feel I should have around. I may even pick up a spare tube.
Do you have the plastic wheels with the bearings in them for the head? It seems like I've seen them somewhere online (thought it was here at one point) but I can't find them now.
I think that's an important part to have on hand. I know the Universal engraver I used at my old job went through a set every year or so just from gunk getting in the bearings.
If not, I may take you up on your offer Walt.

Is it possible to order the carriage rollers before the pics are taken?
I need them ASAP and some other already listed stuff as well.
Thanks

Hi marco
thats great but there are something what should be watched and /or
changed. see picture. just some advice from my experience.
I did receive one time four carriage weels but they had different stem
lenght what brought the carriage completly out of line.
the pulley should have two bearings because they tend to start wobbling
with just one bearing.
greetings

Re: K40 Spare parts, where to get them
Marco hi, we had a problem with our machine.
The metal cart where the lens placeholder is mounted has 4 ball bearings. They broke. Trying to take them out we did a mess. Broke the x axis rubber and also the cartridge got broken.
Would it be possible.to order from you the entire cartridge (without the laser lens place holder which is still.working) and the x axis rubber?

Re: K40 Spare parts, where to get them
Marco yes please.
This would be VERY APPRECIATED!
So, complete kart plus the X-Axis belt as our broke when we tried to get the cart out.
How fast would you be able to ship? Also, we'd need it as soon as you can. Let me know how much is fast shipping for those!
Thank you!
