Hi there. We just got done doing an upgrade on a K40 with the DSP upgrade kit + new power supply. The cut function works perfectly, but the engrave skews every image (top of image to the left, middle where it should be, and bottom to the right of where it should be). I'll take some pics and attach them tomorrow. It does not matter what file type the image is. I drew a polygon in Corel at 15mm in size, then macroed the shape to lasercad. If I set the shape to cut, it comes out perfectly, if I set it to engrave, it is skewed and misshapen (1/4" acrylic, engrave at 300, 200, 150, 100, 50 speed, same result). Any advice would be appreciated.
Other than that, the upgrade works great! We're excited to have a laser that's actually useable and not just a novelty. Easy to install and seems like a great product.

Two possible issue:
1) Software
Go to "Options" - > "System setting" -> "Manufacturer Parameters"
Change the Pulse edge to other see if it help.
For example, if the current setting is "Falling edge", change it to "Rising"
2) Check the belt and wheel of the machine see if it got lose

Changed the settings from rising edge to falling edge and the problem seems fixed. Seems to be engraving straight now. Thank you!
