No laser output during cutting only with 120401v7 upgrade

Hello all,
I just upgraded to the latest firmware release for the controller.(120401v7)
During cutting, the laser does not come on at all. It works normally during engraving mode.
I tried with PPI on and off.
My card uses V7 firmware.
Has anyone else seen this result?
Test file was a rectangle drawn in lasercad V5.93
I tested a cut file(simple box) still on the controller from before upgrade and it works normally. This existing file was created with Lasercad 5.85
and loaded when the controller had original firmware.
Any suggestions on which settings to change/check?

Hello:

I just installed both new OS and the LCv5.93. Everything worksfine. FYI, after the upgrade, you need to double check all setting on System parameters as it wiill reset to default. I'm using K40 so I have to put it back the pulse distance to 12.688 and 12.685. The area working area I also need to reset it to 280mm x 200mm

Forgot to mention, check the power on each layers as mine being reset both of speed & power to "0".

Everything seems working great after the upgrade with parameters re-entered.

2.LaserCAD5.93打开前面版本保存的*.pwj5文件时，图层信息将会丢失，必须重新设置图层参数 (I'm sorry!)。

From what I can make out from the translation, he says:

1. Power and Corner power can not be set to 0 or it won't light.
2. Files saved in previous laserCAD versions lose all their layer parameters, so you'll need to change them back again.
