I also would like to start using coreldraw x5.
It would be be a welcome upgrade if it works together.
Thanks...

Hi Guys,
To my knowledge the new software will not work with Corel Draw X5.
You will just have to settle for X4 for now until the software is upgraded and I don't know when that will be. X4 is just fine for the laser.
Rich.

In the mean time, only X4 is supported. Per Mr. Wei, writing code for X5 is undergoing and should be available on December

Re: new DSP2012 and corel X5
Hi there
I had the same probleme but then acidently I discovered that even without installing the macro it worked with coreldraw X5.
just try it.
another probleme was that if I try to install the choice " install lasercad 5.85 /coreldraw " it would not install the lasercut icon or not at all
so I used the single install lasercut without the coreldraw and it worked .
greetings

I just ran the installer twice. First for base and second time for Corel version. Not sure if that was necessary, but it worked. As said the install instructions are not translated yet.
