how to work with lasercut my expierience

Hi all
I wana put the little tricks with lasercut together for all who did not know
1. in order to safe job files to a USB stick it needs to be safed in UD5 format from lasercut the DSP card will not recognize the formt .pwj5 what is used in lasercut for safings.
2.like marco has found out if USB stick is used the first time, safe a file from the card memory and then press the " reset botton and after the system has reset it will show and recognize the files on the stick but only the UD% format.
3. right now it is dangerous to use a power setting higher then 60% then it will go over 20mA and maybe damage the laser tube.
this issue needs to be fixed that the DSP block higher as 18mA current going to the lasertube. I had set to 70% on a job file the manufactuere setting was like recomended at 98% and after I have put a mA meter in it showed that the actuall power was much higher then 2omA ( measured with a seperate mA it was over 40ma)
I recomend for everybody to put a ma meter in the return line from the laser tube .
