Circles coming out with interference & Hot last mirror

If anyone might be able to point out what I might be doing wrong, but my circles are now cutting strangely. I have a self built laser using the 608 controller from Lightobject. Please take a look at the photo. Does anyone think it could be software related? Or is it possibly interference between stepper drivers/wiring or must be be mechanical slippage?

Secondly my last mirror is getting extremely hot within a couple of seconds! I've double and triple checked alignment and that's perfect. I even swapped out for a brand new mirror. I can't think of anything else!

Any and all help would really help!
