LaserCad will not install with English Version

LaserCad will not install with English Version
I have downloaded this so many times and reinstalled, turned off antivirus and everything else
with no luck.
Need some help here, continue to get Chinese version?

Uninstall the LaserCad and removed the folder completely from the C:\ if it is the default location. Then reinstall the program and select English. Make sure antivirus program is off during installation

I've done this multiple times and I still get the Chinese version everytime!
Removed from C: and turned off anti-virus.

I think you should try it on another computer. It seems that there is something wrong with your current PC.

Tried it yet again and used another computer system and it still is in Chinese!

It amazes me that I have done this exactly as you told me too and I get the Chinese Version every time.
It has been well over a month and no reply except the same method to resolve.
Called and I get the same response.
Frustrated and angry beyond words!

We been trying to help but you keep raising tone so we found have difficult to deal with you and provide you support.
We have tested the software times through our self and other customers have done so but found nothing wrong with it. If this is an issue caused by your PC, or by Windows issue, it is beyond our capability to provide you a solution unless we have access to your PC. We have help a few customer to get his matter fixed but we don't know what's wrong with your system. I personally download it and ran it but I couldn't duplicate your problem.
The only possible way to get this matter fixed is that you enabled "Remote Access" to allow me to access your computer to configure it. But you must know how to enable Window Remote DeskTop Access. If you don['t, find someone who does.

We didn't receive request from you since my post. Usually folks we email us for support if they couldn't get help from the forum. I made this offer (exception) to offer remote access to your computer because I don't want to take any liability of any sort of complain of file damage or file missing..etc. You are agreed that I'm to liable to any issue happened to your PC after my work or I won't do remote access to your PC. If you're OK with that, PM me your PC info like IP address. You can find it by typing "WhatIsMyIP.com". Then, setup a username and password for me

I have tried times to access your system through MS Remote Desktop but unsuccessful. Either your IP was not correct or your PC was turned off.
Anyway, I'm not going to try it again but attached a file that may help to solve your issue. It is a language folder that was zipped. What you need to do is to download it, unzipped it, and replaced the current language folder: AWCLanguage
