I do not know if my laser power supply has PWM, I'm wanting to get a X7 controller kit... I just hope I don't need to spend an extra 200 dollars on a new power supply.
The big green plug is for main power as well as on off switch. The K/K+ appear to connect to the "test" switch, and the other 3 wire one goes to the laser power adjustment knob. The 4 wire white plug goes into the stock controller.
Which wires do I connect to which one? I have the K40 GIII laser (uses CorelDraw/LaserSeal software)
Does my power supply have PWM?

Re: Does my power supply have PWM?
Your seems not a PWM but it should work if connect properly. What you need to pay attention is the K+/K- and P+/P- which stand sore Enable and Test features. I did post the connection for similar power supply but I don't remember where on the forum. You may want to do a search

I just noticed the connection on the big plastic thing says "24, G, 5V, L" on it. Does that make a difference?Tech_Marco wrote:Your seems not a PWM but it should work if connect properly. What could happen if I connect a DSP board to a non PWM power supply? would it destroy the laser?
