Laser not firing > where to start?

Hello,

today i finished my laser with the LO-X7 controller and the 40W~60W PWM CO2 Laser Power Supply (AC 220V). The control works fine and the power supply sounds like it is working (at least the cooling works) but when i press the laser button on the dsp nothing happens. The DC 0-100mA Analog Panel Meter from Lightobjekt does not even move a bit when the button is pressed. I assume this should be the case? Could you please help me where to search?

ahh! I found it. In the manual for the power supply you mention, that the wp connector has to be grounded. That was all : )
