The File Data Error!

Just recently got my DSP installed and communicating with LaserCad. I am using LaserCad 7.57.
Every time I download document to DSP and push Start, I get error beep and document name changes to unknown.
Same issue if I save Ufile to thumb drive, load to dsp and push start.
Error message says "The File Data Error.
I have tried boxes, pics and lines.
Nothing will go.
Any ideas anyone?

I am having the exact same problem. I have updated and reverted firmware versions and no luck. I am now on the lastest version with LaserCad 7.57 and cannot use the machine. Nothing will load.

Any help would be great!

Well kinda fixed. I ended up having to downgrade the dsp with Patch: 150415
Works fine now.

Remove all files from the DSP before the upgrade the patch

Removing the file stored on the dsp fixed my issue. Thank you Marco!
