anybody else with AWC608 laser button stick on?

Post by Lazorus »

Im trying to adjust my laser, but its proving really difficult when i press the laser button to put a mark on my paper and the laser just keeps on blasting. Im getting scared of this unit now. Yes, I checked grounding. It is fine. Also when the unit is working, the screen goes blank and it says "Waiting..." then the screen comes back on.

Anyone else having this problem?

That sounds DANGEROUS! I would replace the unit as soon as possible. In the meantime I would wire in a switch directly to the laser power supply to engage the water protect trigger to stop the laser.

If the LCD screen flash then showing "Waiting..." and then come back. That mean you have GROUND issue. You need to ground the machine very well to avoid this problem.

Double check your connection on "TL" & "PWM", both DSP and the power supply. What power supply are you using?

I'm using the LSR-JN60W-3VPWM power supply. I bought it from your online store a couple of years ago.
