Wiring help for Sous Vide project

Hello, I am wiring a 12v computer fan into my control box for a sous vide project to help cool the SSR. Will this product work to use as my power supply.

I know it is not standard, but I happen to have a few sitting around. If I do need to purchase a supply can someone clarify how to wire it to the fan. Thanks for the help.
