need sugestions on type of wire I can use and where would be a good place to but it.

the local stores here have 22/2 shield speaker wire. but do I really need 2 conducts is I will be running them in serial?

thanks.

Use the Cat5 cable that used for networking should be fine unless you hae to run the wire across of big generator or florecent light. The Cat5 cable is 'twisted' so it offset noise in most case. Or you can get shield Cat5 with one end of the shied 'ground'. That would be even better.

Assuming Cat5 still in "mission impossible", then you need to go for mini coaxial cable like the R48 (soft type)
