JLD612 Problem

So, I am using a JLD612, along with a P100 controller and SSR. The controller seems to be working fine, but it reads 5F low. In other words, if I set the controller to 100F, the actual temp will be 105F. It's as easy fix to set the Psb to +5, but then the controller overruns the PV by the same 5F.

So when the controller is at equilibrium, if the SV = 100, the PV = 105?

Try setting the PSb to -5, which I think doesn't recalibrate the sensor but adjusts the controller offset.

Worth a try.
