I download to usb stick ( fat or fat32 format) with extention.ud
but can not open by DSP controller(error: no ufile), no problem if download
by direct connect usb cable to PC, tried with 3 different usb sticks. please help

I think you have to use the function "Copy to U-Disk" from the LCD control panel.
I need to confirm with the tech later tonight

Tell me how you did your now. Plesae list your procedure step by step. Where did you download the .U file from?

Here is how I did it: from phcad press "download" , from "download document" window select "save document to ufile"
and save to usb stick with the .ud extention , and plug the usb stick to DSB controller, from the DSP controller select
menu/usbfile/ press enter , and it says "usb no file", I tried with both fat or fat32 format, what I try to do is use the laser without directly connect to the computer as advertised, my PHCAd ver 4.38 , the card has 2 usb plug, the bottom usb
for connecting to comp, the top for ufile, I don't have any problem download the file to dsp memory by direct connect
using "download document",please help, this is very important feature for selling laser machine as all other company
advertise.

It seem like no one from this forum use this feature or only me have this problem

What is the size of your dump drive? Try a 2Gb dump drive see if it help.

I tried with 4 different usbdrive but no luck until using 2 gi, it worked, thanks for your support
