Hi – I recently ordered a unit from you.

Order Date: 4/7/2011
Order Number: 186679
Ship To: nicholas gihl
Status: Shipment Pending Items
• 1 of: Solo Desktop 40Watt CO2 Laser Cutting Machine (Pro). Support Mach3 & KCam. Shipping included! View Order

I received the unit in good shape and had no trouble connecting the unit with Mach3 . I use CamBam to generate Gcode. After about two hours of use the Laser power supply started to make a buzzing sound and the laser would not fire. Everything else was working fine . After several power cycles it seems the Laser power supply is now blowing the circuit breaker on my 110v to 220v transformer . I have checked

- Water supply working
- Exhaust working
- X-Y axis – working
- Laser tube – Intact

I have experience with electronics and High Voltage . I don’t have enough documentation to trouble shoot the PS and my guess is it would be easier to order a new one.

I really like the cutter and it was doing a great Job cutting 6mm plexiglass at 5mm/s.

Advice please??
