Recently I purchased an ac frequency meter. I have power to the meter and have no display. The HZ meter has 110 ac volts to term 4 and 5. Any sugestions? I also purchased 2 ac wattmeters with no display. Invoice number is 186197. for your refrence.

If you look at the manual, #4,#5 is for the Input. You need to power the meter at #11, and #12 as well
