JLD612 Autotuning success!

I've got a JLD612 setup for controlling an indoor turkey fryer for sous-vide, and having autotune problems...
Note -- autotune is started by holding the ">" button, NOT the "Set" button
!
Holding the "Set" button results in a mode where the AT light flashes & the SSR cycles on, but it looks like the target temperature is ignored.
Using the correct button, my setup will autotune in about 10 minutes.
