What card do you have? Please send more information your card. Gray panel or Blue? Better send picture of the card you have.

Order# ?
Date purchase?
CorelDraw version?
Windows System?

Installation procedures? Write down it step by step. Also, make sure you read the manual and follow it. In most case, most people jump over the step and missed 1 or 2 procedures.

I think PHcad V 4.xx will only work with DSP board V 2.xx and above. You need to upgrade the board for it to work with the software otherwise return to Rlaser to use it.

Marco might be able to find out with the suppliers as he deals with them often.
