corel x5 and DSP controller

Hi I have problems with corel x4 and today I tried to instal the drivers on corel x% but when I try to install the TZsetup there is an alert that say coreldraw don't found..
What can be the problem? is there any way to install the dsp drivers on corel draw x 5?

I have the before card.. (Grey and green buttons)
I don't have any picture now
But when I try to exec tzsetup a message appears "corel not found" or something similar..
And when I try to use corel and press the green button on corel
Another message " error 438.... A visual basic error
If need photos I could send later.

There are many reasons, you need to be patience!
Also, where is pictures, any??
Remember, all cards have been tested before shipped. In most case, it's caused by PC system, software, USB, or cables. Very low chance it's the DSP card issue.
It's hard just to tell us that the card is not working and expecting an instant solution for the case. We need more information from your system. Screen shoot, pictures of setup, files....

Sorry I explained bad.. The card is ok I was working whit it long time...
The problem appears with corel draw x4 and I tried to install corel draw x5
The problem could be for the drivers that is only for x4...
So that is my question.. If is possible to install the card in corel x5 because I tried and give me an error..

Our card doesn't support CorelDraw V5 at this time.
