Hello,
I need a help. I´m installing new DSP controller PH board V1.2 in my machine. I have a problem with the configuration in Corel 11 and autocad2007 code setup button not active to select com4 or any thing like manual. I can´t start the configuration,in corel and autocad .lasercut icone not appear in coreldraw i run from VB manger please help me

v1.2? Where did you buy it, from us?? I don't think we sold any v1.2. Got picture?

sorry i'm far from machine now but i will try to get picture to you .but it write PH board V1.2 and have only 9-39v power supply 2 pin socket.

You haven't told me that whoes card is? Did you buy it from us? Note, there are many cards out there looks similiar as they bought a copy right from the original version and modifiy themself. Then, they equiped it with their software and it's not compatible to ours DSP card. If that is the case, sorry we can't help.

It doesn't has to be COM4. You can swith to other say, COM3, COM5... till you get one working. COM4 on the manual is for example only. By the way, what software did you use?

yes i know but to change from com4 to com3 for example code set up icon from setting dialog box must to be activated ,but in corel 11 and autocad 2007 this icon not active to choose com

Did you install the driver ??
First button: "Driver_Install"

After than, you click "Install", the second button

You need to follow the manual and do it step by step.

I test PHCad_v4.38 software but it doesn't ,no communication with DSP card please help

I don't think the PHCad_v4.38 works with the older versions of the card. I think it will only work with V2.0 and up.

So we must back to first software i have't "DSP_V2.0_R4.0.7" but with this software the code setup button deactivated in corel 11 and autocad how can make setting for this software to make communication with DSP card also i test on 3 different computer but the same result.

Can you load the software DSP_V2.0_R4.0.7 again and send me screen capture picture. I want to see what 'code button' not working. Send more information if you can. Also, try a new USB cable, you never know, sometimes a small thing may be the 'bad guy' to be blamed on

By the way, do you have CorelDraw 12? If you do, try it see if it works.

i test usb cable by ohm meter (conductivity test it measure 9 ohm for 4 wires ) so i think it is good but i will try to get new one. please find screen shot for corel11 and autocad2007 when i try DSP_V2.0_R4.0.7 software.

Did you install the driver for the USB adapter? It seems that the driver for the DSP USB port is not installed yet. Do it before running TZsetup.

Please removed the Coreldraw and Autocad, then re-install it. After than, install the USB driver and the TZSetup.exe
