I need help to make sure I am using the PID correctly.
I am using the PID to control a fan that will stoke my fire box on my smoker.
Here is the fan that it will be controlling.

The face of the fan actually reads.
115vac, 60Hz, .240amps, 19watts
Can I hook the fan directly up to the PID if so to what input? Or do I need an SSR, if so what size?
Also do you think I need a fuse on the power-in line? If so what size?

Please download the manual and follow the instruction to program the controller. Please look at relay connection diagram that I posted on this forum. The controller can drive up to 3A device by it's internal relay.

You don't need a SSR as the built in relay can support up to 3A. Your fan is running at 19W (0.24A). Seems you don't know electronics at all, I suggest you should get someone who know basic electronic to help you setup the controller
