Suddenly today my laser intermittently stops working during cutting. It either resets itself or simply turns off by itself during a job. I noticed it was not cutting thin material under normal settings initially. I checked connections - everything seems fine. I seems to reset or lose power totally only during cutting. When it is idle - it does not reset/lose power. Anyone have any ideas

Sounds like one of your power supply units might have faulty capacitors. When not under load it's fine. When it's under load it can't supply enough power and reboots.
