Hey guys, the subject pretty much says it all.
The x7 is resetting continously.

It accepts files randomly, some times it does, some times it does not.
Then it starts system resetting by itself. There have been no power interruptions or such. It just started yesterday after we powered on the machine.

I tried to upgrade the OS and it seemed to work, but today it started again.

Any tips?

If laser was On when it starting resetting itself?
If so, you may have bad grounding or interference influenced .

Marco hi, nope, it resets when idle.
We switch on the machine, then after a while it starts resetting

Replace the DC power supply for the DSP card see if it helps. Don't share DSP power with the motors or the driver. I guess you may you have have unstable DC power supply or the electricity is no good. You may also supply power from a 12V battery and check if it will reset itself.

If problem insisted, you may have a faulty DSP card

I will unplug evrything but the card from the PS and see how it goes. Will let u know

Will then try to power up the card with a 12v battery.
