Hi All,
I have an AWC708C Plus fitted to my Laser Cutter
I have been having problems with the LaserCad software I use with it. Every time I import a DFX file into it, the file loses all Colour. Everything comes in as Black.

In trying to correct this problem, I have been trying other Versions and found that LaserCad Version 7.77.3 will import a DXF and retain the colours. However, when I send it to the Laser, The image is always out of bounds.

I am thinking that I will need a software update for the 708C as well, but have not been able to find one.

Does anyone have such an upgrade or perhaps a version of LaserCad and compatible 708C upgrade?

All I want is the ability to import a DXF and retain colours.

I have downloaded a later version from Sinjoe but found it was corrupted when I tried to install it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I have managed to get around the Colour problem.
I found that I had a slightly later version of LaserCad, V7.77.3, which imports the colours correctly.
All is well and no more going over the drawing to re-instate the colours.
