ive got a scaling issue the object is drawn and should be 98mm long but coming out at 99.45mm?
Everything was fine....not changed anything that I know of. Can't seem to recalibrate either? Have installed a PWM power supply since last did this object, that's all......any ideas please?

Some of your belts might have stretched a little or something is a little loose, make sure everything is tight enough. Check your steppers to see if they have flats on the axis, if not look up how to put them on with a file.

Draw a 20mm x 20mm box and measure the difference

Go to options > system settings > manufacturer parameters>um/pulse and click on the ... use the calculator to change the um/pulse

This should sort it.
